disgusting service

Good Day it is with great regret to have to do this but I must say I am actually disgusted with the service of that bus. my mom travelled from George to Cape Town last night, the bus was suppose to arrive at the bus stop in Town @ 6am but apon dropping people in Bellville the driver reported that he was not going to go to town. which I find very unprofessional! you book a ticket for a certain destination just to have to hear that the bus is not going that way! You have to pay all this money and you don't get the value for your money! the route is George to Cape Town, if it was George to Bellville obviously the people that needs to go to town wont book a ticket then he still have a fine cheek to say that he did go to Town knowing that he didn't there were 5 people that had to get off in Town but yet he argues and makes them out to be ***** and still have a cheek telling them that its not his fault that they over slept and missed there stop! utterly disgusted and disappointed to say the least. I would not recommend that bus to anyone and I would not ever use their services.
