Disgusting service

I am so disgusted by the **** service that is this bus. I was booked for the 20:45 bus to depart kokstad to Midrand on the 11th of July. I got to the bus stop super early as I was coming from a different town and waited until 21:30 when I was told the bus has been cancelled when I hadn’t received any communication from the bus services. The only communication I received was an sms the previous week stating no documentation no travel and yet they failed to tell me bus is cancelled and I wasted so much money to travel about to get to the bus for nothing and have to travel back again with my luggage, such great inconvenience as I have to be at work Monday morning. I am beyond disgusted and angry. I’ve had multiple instances of this very same bus never making it in time, always delaying with no communication to its passengers. It’s drivers are the rudest drivers I’ve ever come across.

I would not recommend this bus to anyone I don’t care how cheap it as when looking for a bus, their services are disgusting!
