Disgusting service

I am disgusted with this bus service. Bus that was supposed to get here at 19:15. I am now told to relax because it will get here 3 hours later 22:15. Their offices was closed after 6 when i got here. I am sitting outside, it is cold and dark and there is mosquitos. I am female, i don't feel safe. I called the contact centre and there is no answer. No acknowledgement what so ever. No sms or email to advise bus is late. I am never in my life ever using this bus service again and I suggest no one does. They do not understand the term client service. Before this i took the bus and the driver was overtaking and almost hit another vehicle.
