Disgusting Service

@IntercapeBus is the most useless and *********** bus service nowadays. U guys are saying that a 2 year old should arrange with a driver to sit next to her aunt. Now there's an empty seat in the Bus because your *********** and arrogant drivers don't want to help. Unhelpful lot.

I would really like to have my money back because your drivers and call centre staff don't know what they are doing. All I know is I paid for a sit in that bus. Make but make sense please I beg.

I need this resolved because now my child is sleep on the lap because other passengers refuse to move and this is a situation a driver or a rep could have handled seamlessly.

I'm not gonna lie. I'm disappointed and furious at the level of service my family has received and I vow to make it my mission on all the socials. I know you don't care but maybe someone will hear me. Just watch.
