DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!

Yesterday I took my mother to Park Station to catch your bus to Cape Town.<br> We arrived half an hour before the time as instructed for the 17:45pm bus.<br> When we got to your check-in office it was CHAOS!! <br> You people acted like you were herding cattle.<br> 2 queues for 4 different routes!!!<br> People headed to Cape Town were waiting in a line where most of the people they were queuing with, were headed to East London, Umtata & PMB.<br> No-one called us to book in, at the Cape Town counter. They were happy to relax!<br> Only after waiting for almost 3 hours a guy called for Cape Town check-ins!<br> When I helped her with her luggage to the bus, EVEN WORSE AND MORE CHAOS!!<br> No-one knew which bus was going where.<br> Not to mention the man that was trying to scan people in on his tablet before they got onto the bus.<br> He couldn't spell to save his life and even more, he had no idea how to even work his tablet.<br> We had to look for the name ourselves and scan my mother in. She only left at 20:30pm!<br> I am disgusted by how horribly your check-in office is \managed"<br> We are PEOPLE who are promised great service.<br> Absolutely DISGUSTED!!"""
