Disgusting BUS

I am a frequent traveler with this bus. The drivers on my route, upt to dbn are extremely rude. They do not adhere to a schedule and can stop for as long as 30 min for a break. I asked the driver if I could sit on a seat that he had his bag on, he said no. So I walked right to the back of the bus and there were literally no seats open but those 3 in front. When I returned, he told me that when passangers got off then I must move. This isn't a service they are giving to me as charity. For an adult to be constantly disrespected like this by the same guys every week is really getting to be too much. They play loud music and stop the bus at random places. These drivers act like this is a taxi and they own it. Intercape u really need to look at your client service. Because the minute another service provider opens on that route, u will be the second choice. Ur coach reeks of urine and no covid 19 protocols are followed.
