Disgusted over lack of service, its been over a month and I still don't have my refund!

Over a month Down the line. I'm still waiting for my refund. No1 seems to give a ****. I have proof of how I have been calling daily and going to their offices, everyday is a new thing. This company Is a disgrace. I will never use it again and will advise people not to aswell.

I have never struggled so much with any service provider in the world
