Disgruntled

My Mother in law and 2 children age 15 an 9 was traveling from Colesberg to Bloenfontein with the Intercape. On their arrival in Bloemfontein that was an hour late they had to switch to another bus that would take them to Upington from Bloemfontein. The bus already left because the bus froem Colesberg was late. I phoned them to make a plan and asked them why the bus did not wait if they knew the other bus was late. Their awnser was that it was not their problem and that my Mother in law had to buy tickets again for the next day. It already cost her R2300 for the tickets. She did not have money for extra tickets and Intercape just ignored them standing at the terminal , no where to go just feeling a F#$% for their customers. I will never use Intercape again and will also encourage my friends and family rather to use another bus service in the future. At the end of the day in cost me another R3000 for petrol and i had to put in a day's leave to go and fetch my family in Bloemfontein. Thank you Intercape for leaving a Pensioner and 2 children stranded in a unsafe and septic busterminal.
