Bus \063\" broke down at 12H05 20k just outside Queenstown in the darkness of a busy road and only 5 hours after the breakdown Intercape managed to send a replacement bus after we spent the time from mid night.<br> <br> Replacement Bus \"164\" also broke down after a short distance of driving from Queenstown and we broke down at an Engen Garage Bloemfontein from 10H40 am. During the 5 hours of waiting, we called to lay a complaint to your call centre and other officials including a Ms Kelly Masuku using our cell own cell phones with Anele Nelani and another passenger, we were eventually told to write a formal complaint thus this document. We also requested Management to address us in this inconvenience because we spent more time in a chaotic environment of not knowing what is going on as we stopped for more than 9 hours than travelling to our destination. This stripe was disastrous and devastating for me and my business meeting as I lost on a deal for a vehicle. <br> <br> I was also disturbed to see that the replacement bus did not even have alternator bolt when it broke down at the Engen Garage in Bloemfontein hence the mechanic had to go and get one.
