Disastrous service

Intercape bus service has introduced this new silly irritating nonsense drama bus called Budgetliner, firstly let alone do the agents at computicket knows if whether the bus will be Budgetliner or Sleepliner, Mainliner etc and now after u've purchased a ticket U meet up this ****py nonsense bus,too small in seat size, uncomfortable,no toilet inside and other ppl are ladies and with kids.Now we've been stuck for over an hour to two hours with the bus that got breakdown.Apologies aren't going to solve the unpleasant experience and pay extra additional cost we gonna pay due to late arrivals as taxis will be finished n next options is using Uber, Taxify or maxis at our our cost.This totally ridiculous and disgusting shame.If only the professionalism was used we could have been gone long time ago as we've been stuck for over two hours,what a disappointment and dissatisfaction of treatment to be received.
