Disappointing service.

I'm in a bus from durban and my stop will be king Williams Town. I'm so disappointed the drivers have turned to taxi drivers. The driver gave me strict orders not to touch the second row seats as he has lowered his seats for him to sleep. My understanding drivers have an allocated please to sleep and occupy the first row. And not the second row seat. Unfortunately the customer care agent was off no assistance she was also condescending.
