Disappointing service

I bought online ticket that I have been trying to cancel. The live chat option that InterCape offers is disappointing. LeeAnn joins the chat and takes almost 30 minutes to respond. Or conveniently leave citing that I am inactive. Why do they advise customers to use this platform if it’s not effective
