Disappointed traveler

On Tuesday travelling from Cape Town to Clanwilliam. Bus departure on Time. But 2 hours in trip the bus starting loosing power. But instead driver pulling off at Piketberg he continued untill the bus could not go further. We waited for other 3hours before next bus come then other 2 hours untill got bus back on the road. I called service centre and lady just put call down in my ear. Other guy also called same issues. What makes it worse ****roach on the bus. I feel disappointed on Firstly bus service then we apologize. I had meat with me went off. Long wait. I had to go work also. Regards Robert Bisnath ***
