Disappointed of their service

I'm highly disappointed with intercape busses, I was traveling from King Williams Town to Vanderbjilpark they've mistakenly gave someone who got of the bus at Bloemfontein my luggage, I called to enquire about it and they've promising me I'll get them on the first bus that comes to Vanderbjilpark on Wednesday morning, and I should be here before 06:00am the first bus arrived the bus driver knows nothing about the bag, I called their bus driver, he said the office official will call me right back after he hang up, but haven't received a call, that's to confirm on which bus am I to get my bag, and what time will the bus be arriving, I'm the one who keeps bothering them because my house key's are in there I've been sleeping by my neighbors place for the past two days since my arrival on Monday morning. I'm very frustrated cause soon I have to report for duty. Now I'm the one being made a fool out of, as though the mistake was mine, cause I'm not getting a straight answer an to when am I to get my bag and on which bus am I to get it from.
