Disappointed

If I could give it a 2,5 I would. My bus was scheduled to leave at 23:58 and it is now 1:15. The bus was said to arrive at 05:30 and I have work at 6:30 so I thought it would be the most viable choice. This is my negative encounter with this bus service but I am disappointed. Especially after I had explained my situation and requested a refund as I would now take my car to travel in order to avoid being late.

They did however help me change my second ticket.

My advice would be to book hours prior to when you need to be at your destination as I now regard the bus service unreliable.
