Disappointed customer

I’m so disappointed. I booked a mainliner bus only for me to travel with a interconnet bus. If I wanted a taxi I should you have gone to the taxi rank, this is ridiculous because the was no communication given we were told to get in the bus. Ì honestly wasted my money if I knew this was gonna happen I should have taken another bus rather because they even refused to refund me. I’m honestly not happy with this service
