Disappointed by Intercape

I'm extremely disappointed on Intercape, I made a booking from kokstad to Johannesburg for an interview at 10am ,the bus was supposed to departure at 22:35 but it was 4 hours 25 minutes delayed and I couldn't go because that meant I was going to be 3+ hours late for my interview. When I wanted a refund they said I won't t get it because the bus was no cancelled.
