Disappointed

The worst experience ever. I'm on a bus right now that was supposed to arrive at 18h30 from Grahamstown to Cape Town but only arrived at 21H51 with thee most rude drivers. I have to seat with a stranger while my daughter is seating next to a strange man. She is crying because she does not know the stranger and the drivers couldn't careless. With so many *********s in South Africa, here * am with two uncaring Intercape bus driver who are rude and arrogant
