Disappointed and Frustrated

I am completely and utterly disappointed by the service given by the Intercape bus that was due to depart from Johannesburg to Durban last night around 9pm. My mom was booked to travel with the bus and around 1am in the morning the bus broke down just before Montrose. Another bus only arrived at 5am to transport the passengers to Durban which is completely unacceptable. Being a transport company you would think that passengers safety is off concern and priority. Do they not check their buses before they leave on a trip, is Intercape now becoming like SA Roadlink and Aldos. We will not be supporting this unreliable bus company again and will definitely be taking it up with senior authority. It is completely unacceptable that a long distance bus breaks downs in the middle of no where in Winter!!!!!!
