Disappointed and Dissatisfied Customer

I would like to complain about the service I received yesterday from INTERCAPE. Yesterday (27 June 2021) I boarded a bus from Pretoria at 11am at Pretoria Station and was supposed to get off the bus in Trompsburg. The bus passed Trompsburg and I immediately stood up, went to the driver to make him aware that he passed my stop station. He was talking on the phone while driving. He hung up his phone and I told him that he passed my stop. He continued to drive and he told me that he's not fami**** with all the stop stations after Bloemfontein as he is a new driver this side. He didn't even show remorse for that . The bus only stopped in Colesberg, which is another province. I called the Head office and they organised a bus from Cape Town for me which I boarded in Colesberg back to Trompsburg. I am disappointed in Intercape because I don't recall anyone having to remind a driver when one has to get off a bus. I feel that my life was put in danger because I had to walk home in the middle of the night because I got off the returning bus at 23:30 and I did not have transport to take me to my place. I was tired, cold and hungry because I had booked the bus which I knew I would be off by 19:10 which was still on time for me to get home. This bus line that claims to be safe and dependable disappointed me and also claims to be Christians but did not execute their claims because the Head office said there's nothing they can do about that matter and they were not even bothered about my safety.
