Disappointed.

As I regular client of intercape and the excellent service I always I must say that I am quite disappointed today. As I am writing report I am in the bus feeling humiliated and insulted by two gentleman who are working for the company. I think it will be best If i never use intercape again.

I was wearing flops in the bus and decided to take them but one of the employees came up to me and was rude and told me to put them back on and then soon after him another one told me rudely to remove my feet from the dashboard which is above the steps. / I have read the rules on the ticket and there is no such If this is how we get treated then It's my last time taking this bus. I thought it was a bus not jail.
