DISAPPOINTED

I had the most terrible experience with Intercape coaches as a regular client. I'm extremely disappointed by how my situation was handled.

Also I still haven't received a call from the Intercape consult so they can update about the investigation considering my case. Instead I had to call the consultant and explain my case again, they're dragging this whole case just so they delay refunding me back my money.

These consults don't know how badly we're treated at the stations by the attendants and bus drivers. They have the nerve to tell me it's impossible...obviously they'll defend them😏
