Disappointed

Dear Intercape Customer Services I am actually disappointed at the rate that your service is dropping. I am traveling to Bloemfontein from Johannesburg. Using bus 719. I am hoping and praying that we arrive safe. After 2 hours of waiting you send a bus that is making so much noise? This bus doesn't need an expert to tell you that something is wrong with it. How would you feel after waiting from 2:30pm and the bus arrive at 4pm and still wait another 30 minutes for the mechanic to come and check the bus? Your service is really disappointing.
