Dirty Bus

Intercape from Kimberley to Pretoria on 22 September left Kimberley 2 hours later than advertised. The bus was dirty inside and there was a ****roach on the floor.The toilet was unusable and smelly. The driver was unfriendly and no announcements was made about stops at any stage. Very unprofessional for the fee you are paying. I am not impressed and will rather use another bus service next time.
