Dependable, I think not!!

Never ever again will I ever make use of INTERCAPE. I booked a bus ticket from Uitenhage to Somerset West that I saw on their website. Time stated bus departure 21:35, as we all know you need to be there at least 30 minutes before the time. I waited and waited, when we finally called to find out where the bus is, we were told there is no bus on this route. INTERCAPE can only apologise and log a complaint, I paid to get to the Total garage and back home. I stood in the cold for almost two hours. They cannot help me, no alternative ways to resolve this issue. I was supposed to be in Somerset West tomorrow morning. Apologies won't give me my money back and get me to Somerset West, this is not the first incident I had with INTERCAPE. What happened to going the extra mile for customers, customer service is pathetic I must say.
