departure time

I booked bus suppose to leave Cpt at 18:00 but we were only called at 17:50 for check in and bus arrived at 18:10 no announcement or feedback and we only left station at 18:35 its not the first time this is happening i travel with this bus every term its so depressing we pay a lot of money to get poor service like this
