Delays with no communication

The bus is being delayed by 2 hours - we are still waiting. There is no communication on what causes the delay. We had to use a different bus from Midrand Engen Station to Parkstation, and we were told we will get here with the bus ready. Still, we are waiting and no one is telling us what the expected time delay is. The bus number is for the route 0249 for 08 August 2024. This is beyond unacceptable!!!
