Delays and bad customer service

I booked a trip on 10 november 2025, from nelspruit to johannesburg park station. The bus was 7 hours late with no clear explanation. as a result I had to use my money to buy a greyhound ticket because I had a connectin trip to East London. Paid another R100 admin fee to greyhound for them to move me to another bus because I was already late. Intercape in not replying to my emails
