Delays

Currently in a bus to Durban from Joburg,we departed at 8pm arrival time 7am.We got to Mentros only to wait for a bus that is from Joburg because Its too full,the level of unprofessionalism and delays it's on another level To think that intercape it's rated very high This is very disappointed It's been an hour and a half waiting for a bus we don't know we don't know what time will it arrive This it's very disrespectful
