Delayed! Had to pack our own bags!

Their service is beyond pathetic. First the bus delays with no explanation, nothing. Then when it comes, there was no control, some where taken out of the bus into another one, others were shoving their luggage inside the storage cabin, As claustrophobic as I am, I had to get inside that storage cabin moving bags, looking for space for my luggage.

You’d think the horror ended there, so next I get to the bus, I tell the drivers am claustrophobic and I cannot sit at the back, his response was you can’t sit at the front (though there were spaces available) and intercape gives you the opportunity to choose where you want to sit!!! What nonsense is this?? How do these people not consider their clients diseases and take them very lightly!!!!
