delayed by 4 hours

I took an Intercape bus yesterday from Port Elizabeth to Cape Town as we approached Jeffreys Bay the bus would not move we had to wait the mechanic which took 4 hours for us to move with the same bus with No sorry at all. We had a bumpy ride with the bus form Jeffreys around 12am midnight. Now I paid a lot of money to receive such service and on top of that there was no compensation or what so ever even when we arrived in Cape Town.I am really appauld by their service and expect a compensation for the inconvenience caused by Intercape bus.
