Delay, delay, delay and non functioning toilets

The bus was not well inspected before leaving the depot for a trip from Cape Town to Pretoria. We had to wait for an hour at Belville for the technician to come "fix" the toilet. Then about an hour after departing from Bellville, we were delayed for some unknown reason and had to switch buses again. This time around the bus did not have any water in the toilet and the light(s) wasn't(weren't) working. I believe that the idea of getting a sleepliner ticket is to have the "comfort" of the toilet and USB ports etc.

Overall, not a great experience. Already delayed by about 4 hours. Do what you want with this information...
