I am so disappointed in the service I got from Intercape today. I booked a bus for a young girl that is experiencing GBV to go home. I was aware she is pregnant, and would not let her die away from home. I personally booked the ticket with my own money. When we got to the bus we were told she is not allowed to travel and my money has been forfeited, i should have fami****ised myself with the Terms and conditions. I must make another alternative to get away from the abuse. My question was how, when they just took my money just like that? Mind you the person she came to here is abusing her physically and she now has no shelter. I never imagined a company of your calibre could stoop as low as *****ing money from the less priveleged. She is 30 weeks pregnant, other busses can still take her home, I want my money.

As you can see, this was a hasty booking to save someone's life. I am not forcing you to take her, all I want is my money which I borrowed in return for someone's life.
