What a **** this service is,From customer care to drivers? All of them very unkind and i wouldnt advice anyone to use this bus,very unproffesional service,i bought a ticket for my daughter thats 10 years but was gonna travel with her 16 year old cousin,only to be told that only if the one was above 18,yet there was a lady willing to help but was she offered the Indemnity form as per South African rights? No! Yet i was charged R560 and given a voucher
