Customer service is nonexistent at Intercape Coaches

On the 15th of June 2023, I booked a ticket from Pretoria to Mthatha via the N3 route. The bus number was 8317 if I’m not mistaken Around 3am, the bus broke down. Apparently we were in Ixopo at that time. There were no mechanics on standby. The bus was set to arrive at 8am, we got there around 11. Its unfortunate that when I made the initial booking, I had booked a return ticket. I’m currently in bus 083 from Mthatha to PTA. Its been cold since I left Mthatha. The current temperature is 16 degrees. I have been sneezing ever since because im catching a fever from this. The service from the drivers have been horrible but I will not dwell on that.

Do customers not matter that much to Intercape? Will they contribute to the doctors fee? Are the buses even well maintained to avoid these inconveniences?
