Intercape Port Elizabeth Customer care in the PE CBD is worst of all.

I sent a parcel last week Friday through Intercape; to my suprise my causin could not fetch the parcel as she did not have a tracking number. They said they do not send SMS to the receiver the sender should sent the trucking number to the receiver. What is the point of taking all the detail of the receiver and sender including sender ID number but no truck the parcel. Anywhere requested to speak the lady who is assisting the receive. I told I was not informed that I needed to give the receiver the trucking number; she responsed by saying YOU PEOPLE; Now me the client is now YOU PEOPLE; but when i use your service sending I was clint but when truck parcel I AM YOU PEOPLE and the tone has changed, This is simply pathetic and unacceptable service from Intercape; No wonder any good rating on hellopeter; bacause custome are called "YOU PEOPLE. Now I have to go back to trace the trucking number; I do not understand why; cause while sending you punch staff on you system; take copies of our ID,s. What useless system you have.

This is BULL**** service.

A very angrey; never use your service again.
