Crystal from your call center. She was and is a STAR. She was calm and clear and had solutions to the problem I had. I almost missed the 9pm bus to PMB from PTA. She kept me calm and wasn't rude, unlike the previous rude lady who wasn't professional but judged me without knowing WHY I was running late. Crystal, THANK YOU for your amazing service.
