Continous bad service providing

I booked a bus for last week Friday (01/12/2017) from Johanneburg to Durban. Pick up was in Midrand ultra city. The bus was to leave at 22h15 and arrive at Dbn Saturday morning at 6h30. The bus never pitched on time nor were we informed about the lateness. It ended up coming at 12h30 midnight and we arrived in Dbn at 10h00 the next morning. I have always had high regards for Intercape as i thought it was the best source of long distance transport, i am highly dissappointed because this is not the first time its happened, numerous occasions i go and drop my sister off to travel and its never on time. the standards has dropped dramatically and i dont think i would like to use their service ever again. my sisters echo my sentiments bcoz now it happening all the time. If you wanna be on time dont ever book Intercape becasue you will be solely dissapointed and miss your appointments
