consultants not doing their jobs

The customer service my mom received at Pretoria Park Station was absolutely appalling and not only is it unprofessional its disgusting. She missed her bus because your consultants failed to inform her where it was stationed, despite her arriving on time. This is completely unacceptable! Your company needs a serious audit!
