Complaint of Endless Time-Wasting by Bus Drivers on Intercape Bus 237

I am on the Intercape bus 237 which left Johannesburg yesterday for Cape Town. It is way over 2 hours late because these Bus Drivers are just doing what they like, wasting time endlessly from the time we left and not caring a damn about the commuters. Intercape does not even answer their phone nor their WhatsApp, and I can now see why their drivers carry on in this way. The business seems to be getting too big for their boots and I really do not recommend them anymore because of these worsening customer experiences.
