Complaint

This is now the 3rd time that this Bus service leaves my family being and just does not worry to pick them up. On 19/10/2019 I was suppose to get on a bus leaving from George Station to Uitenhage. The bus arrived at 01:55 offloaded people I stood right next to the drover with my ticket and my luggage in my hand he looks me in the eyes ignores to answer me when I asked him it that is the right bus, gets into the bus and droves off. When I call the call the help line to ask what is going on they tell me that the bus is already 15 min out and refuses to force the driver to turn back to get me but the refuse. It is costing me extra money and time to now try to get to my destination on time. This is unacceptable I need some form of compensation for this and action needs to be taken against the driver of the bus. Bus reference number is B5SRG4AY / L5QGHDM6. I need this matter resolved
