COMPLAINT-BEING MOVED FROM OBE BUS TO ANOTHER FOR NO REASON

Good Day,

I would like to lay a complaint about the poor service. We have been stuck in Mossel Bay for over 2 hours because one of the buses has an issue and now they’re making it our problem wanting us to get into some taxis whereas our bus is full and very functional. Why can’t the taxis be used by the Queenstown bus that has a problem.

I called and spoke to Jacquelyn and her supervisor Chelsean who both can’t assist because INTERCAPE HAS A RIGHT TO MOVE US AROUND AND WE WILL FORFEIT OUR TICKETS SHOULD WE REFUSE TO BE MOVED TO THE CHEAP TAXIS.

Some of us are going to work and we are stuck here and refusing to get off this bus that we booked and paid a higher price for MAINLINER now they want us to get into a taxi because of their operationonal issues.
