Complaint about INTERCAPE services

This complaint I send to ********** and till today I have no apologies feedback, if I spend money for their services, I spect to receive the services I paid for.

Hi My name is Mario Cesar Rodriguez and I'm an frequent traveler between Pretoria and Maputo using Intercape. I always had comfortable trips using your liners, but today 01/08/2018 at the Mozambican border the air conditioning of the bus went off, the driver opened the small windows and roof hatches to release some heat from the cabin and he said that the A/C is not working, honestly, I choose this liner mostly because I can't stand the heat and today it turn into a sweat uncomfortable trip. I'm writing while traveling in the line without A/C.
