Complaint

So, I booked a bus that arrived an hour late. It also broke down for over an hour which resulted in our connecting bus to Polokwane to leave us behind. Only to receive a call advising us that there was only one bus going there today and that there's nothing else they can do. Next bus will be tomorrow. Mind you, I don't know anyone in or around Pretoria... I literally have nowhere else to go and service agents aren't bothered to say the least! I was told I should have read the find print on the ticket before buying it that I took the bus at my own risk!! Pathetic service I tell you!! I'm beyond livid!!
