Complains

Hei piter, I would like to complain about intercape service. The service it very poor. Their staff they don't know anything about customer service. I took a bus from Durban to Pretoria then when we at pietermaritzburg we went out to peer becouse the bus doesn't have a toilet, the que was long, then the bus left me when I'm telling maritburg staff to assist me give me the way forward the only thing they did their were busy asking me why did I go to the opposite toilets, I ask them to call driver they didn't. I went out to ask other busses to take me to montrose the lady took my number to call me to let me know what it going to happed to my belongings. They did call I ask other bus driver to take me to montrose fortunately I got the bus in montrose the drive instead to ask me how did I got here he said he's not going to apologize for funny thing can u magine and he even said that in all passengers not to me, I'm so disappointed with their service. Those ladies they didn't even call to check out on me. What a poor service
