Complain

I was heart broken and devastated, when my kids lost all their luggage on the 12 of January 2020 on their way back home to Idutywa, i was told that the Bus stopped at the stop sign at Kokstaad and apparently *****'s stole both of my kids bags. When i called their offices after i have done everything they told me to do in order for them to compensate me they told me that they wont be compensating me without any valid reason and they never even escalated my query to the manager as i was not even allowed to talk to the manger.
