Compain not taken serious

I'd firstly like and want express my deepest disappointment on the poor service I received today from intercape travelling from welkom to PMB. To start with was the unprofessional and rude driver that behaved as if he is a high school bus driver and we are non paying scholars shouted at passagers whom are paying patrons like they are mindless. Point number 2 the low hygiene keeping of the bus the bus smelled like urine to an unbearable point, there was litter everywhere even the seats were dirty which was an issue but was overlooked. To top everything off the bus made unnecessary stops not forgetting that it arrived late in our place of departure we had to wait a while before we could board at our stop and our arrival is extra late due to ill behavior and misconduct if this doesn't serve as something for a customer to.

I wrote a complain to the head office , their response was them telling me how they always keep their buses clean as if they were travelling with that bus.
