Common cuourtesy, that is all we ask
Sunday, traveling from Nelspruit to Johannesburg. Duration of trip - 4hrs

When we book busses for long distance travel, the last thing expected is to sit for 4 hrs doing nothing but hoping for a rest stop. Around 1pm hostess had lunch yet as passengers we are expected to just survive the journey?
We are permanently passengers on the day we take a bus trip. We get picked up and dropped off by our family and friends. If we live close by, we get to eat breakfast/brunch. Some of us dont have that luxury and rely on the human courtesy that comes with being a customer orientated business, that within a few hours, we get the nourishment we missed.

When that doesnt happen yet we see your staff taking care of themselves, its a cause for concern.

Besides eating, we need bathroom facilities. Are we really now expected to embarass ourselves stopping a driver because we just cant hold it anymore?

Need i mention carsickness?

People travelling further may be fine with things because the got their stop...we not asking to tour the garage, just asking for some consideration otherwise, tell us there are no stops in order that we may manage our expectations.
