****roaches on bus

I travelled with Intercape on 04/02/16 from George to Cape town. Was disgusted to find ****roaches crawling all over the bus. When I arrived at my destination their was ****roaches in my luggage as well as my food hamper. The bus broke down outside of mosses bay and no communication from.the drivers. On my return same thing happened the bus broke down.outside.of.mosselbay again and no communication from.the drivers to passengers. Please Intercape we rely on you and with the influx of tourist to our country such bad service and reviews only harms. Please try to improve on hygiene on the bus
