****roaches inside the bus

I am currently on the bus from Mthatha to Midrand and the bus is infested with ****roaches on the floor, the bus seats & on the window seals. We understand that the buses carry a number of passengers with food parcels & the passengers have to in the bus but what happened to deep cleaning & fumigation afterwards, now we are worried that the ****roaches will enter our bags & we can't even eat our food as we are so disgusted. This is completely unacceptable considering the money we spent on the tickets.
